Our Privacy Policy.

The Site is an Internet property of Synaptek Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Synaptek”, and also referred as “us”, “our” and/or “we”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the data collection practices associated with your use of the Site and any associated software applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) owned, offered and/or provided by Synaptek through the Site. This Privacy Policy also outlines how we use, disclose, retain, and dispose of any personal information collected by us in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you: (a) access or use the Site; (b) agree to receive e-mail from us via the Site, the Services, or any other means; and/or (c) register on the Site to use any of the Services made available on the Site.
Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personally Identifiable & Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information
In order to enable you to enjoy certain features of the Site or the Services, we may collect your personally identifiable information that you provide to us when you sign up to use any of the Services or any of the features made available to you through the Site. We will not facilitate the collection of your personally identifiable information if you do not complete the applicable registration process in full or provide your express consent. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from persons under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn or have reason to suspect that any user of the Services is under the age of thirteen (13), we will delete any personally identifiable information under that user’s Services account. If you no longer wish to receive our promotional e-mails, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each promotional e-mail. In addition, if you opt-in to receive information or special offers from our third party service providers (“Third Party Providers”), we may share your e-mail address with them for this purpose. Use of Personally Identifiable Information
You agree that any personally identifiable information that you submit to us through the Site or through the Services may be used and shared by Synaptek, directly or indirectly, in order to enforce any applicable terms of use for this Site, or the terms of use of any Services being provided by Synaptek. We may also disclose and share your personally identifiable information if required to do so by law, if reasonably requested by applicable regulatory authorities, or if required to be disclosed through a court order or subpoena. Synaptek is collecting your personal information on behalf of your medical service provider to facilitate the provision of health and medical care between patient and doctor. Since Synaptek is not a healthcare provider, it will be the responsibility of your medical service provider to comply with all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your medical and health information, and any other personally identifiable information that you submit to your medical service provider through the Services. The services of Synaptek, its affiliates, clients, agents, officers, licensors and/or distributors, are not intended to provide substitute or specific physical or mental health advice, nor the practice of medicine, psychology or pharmacology, and should not be misconstrued to mean otherwise. We may sponsor or promote special Third-Party Provider offers on the Site. By submitting your personal information on the Site for third party promotional offers, you agree that we may share and forward such personally identifiable information with Third Party Providers in order to complete your request for the applicable promotional offers, or products and/or services that you applied for at the Site (“Featured Products”) from such Third Party Providers, and that they may use such personally identifiable information for any lawful purposes, subject to any restrictions contained herein. Any information that you supply through the Site to any Third-Party Providers is not subject to this Privacy Policy and shall be governed by the applicable Third Party Providers’ privacy policy. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage and/or characteristics of our visitors as a group.

Financial Information Collected.
We use third party payment partners (e.g. Stripe) in order to bill and process any payments and subscriptions for your use of our platform and the Services. These third-party payment partners will request certain information from you in order to complete purchases and operations related to the Services. Such third-party payment processing platforms and services are governed by their own safety standards, policies and terms of use and Synaptek has no responsibility or liability relating to those policies and practices. We do not endorse, nor are we responsible for the accuracy of the privacy policies and/or terms and conditions of such third-party website(s). These third-party entities are independent third parties and are not affiliated with Synaptek.
Information Storage.
As a user of the Site and Services, you will generally be able to control and select the amount and type of personal information you may submit and disclose to us. Synaptek continuously strives to improve our user experience, and to provide you with the best choices for the submission, disclosure, edition or removal of your personal information.

Synaptek collects your personal information on behalf of your provider. Any requests for copies of what personal information your provider has collected should be directed to your provider. If any errors or an inaccuracy is identified in your personal information, you must contact your provider regarding the correction or adjustment to your personal information.
Cookies, Web Beacons & Similar Technologies.
Like many websites, and web and mobile services, we may use a variety of technologies to learn more about how people use and interact with the Site and any Services provided through the Site.
